9-axis MEMS IMU — gyro + accelerometer + inclinometer

The IXSENS Polaris M-IMU is a compact 55 g, IP67-sealed 9-axis MEMS inertial measurement unit combining balanced-mass Coriolis gyroscopes, accelerometers, and an inclinometer in a single Micro-D 15-pin connector package. Gyro bias stability of 5 °/hr and angular random walk of ≤ 0.1 °/√hr over the full temperature range suit both stabilisation and short-range navigation roles; the dual stabilisation / navigation part-number variants share the same physical unit. RS-422 asynchronous output with customisable data formats integrates cleanly into avionics architectures. MTBF ≥ 100,000 hr with built-in health monitoring and ITAR-free status make it a low-risk choice for EU defence programmes. Designed and manufactured in France.
